May is Asian Pacific Islander Cultural Center's (APICC) 11th Annual United States of Asian America Festival 2008. I saw this performance at Somarts Saturday night which was so much fun! These guys are entertaining and amusing. They do a cooking demonstration and interject some interesting political and social commentary.
Personally, I discovered a new appreciation for the mint leaf.
I highly recommend "The Cooking Show con Karimi y Castro: a live cooking performance for your heart, mind, stomach and funny bone" if they appear somewhere near you.
