Today we went to Telegraph Hill to see the wild parrots. We found the walkway by the trees they flock to (we think near where Mark Bittner lived). Actually we saw them take off and fly off in a flock and later they came back. They make a loud squawking sound. We got some photos and later walked up steps and found little hidden treasures.
These little statue/altars, carved wood, and a neat view of Coit Tower. We took the 39 bus to Fisherman's Wharf and saw these guys on a segway tour! We walked over to Fort Mason and had a little lunch on the lawn because it was a nice, sunny-but-cool day.
