This morning we woke up early to the gentle San Francisco rain and caught the second half of Rick Steves radio program on KDFC. Today's subject was Everyday Italian Cuisine. All that talk of olive oil, bread, tomatoes, etc., put me in the mood for pasta and pizza (no surprise there, I love all things pasta).

One of his guests was Renée Restivo "...who divides her time between Italy, New York and New Jersey. From working in cooking schools and exclusive villas to gathering recipes and stories in homes, on farms and all over Italy, Renee gained a decade of culinary training on her own while traveling and working in Italia."

I like her website name, Lemons and Oregano.
