Possibilities

We are researching the very real possibilities of home ownership! The whole foreclosure situation is unfortunate for so many people, but it also gives people like us the opportunity to afford to become a homeowner for the first time ever. Frankly, we could get a mortgage for half of the cost of the rent we pay now.

We've been around the U.S. map from Michigan to Florida to Baltimore to Seattle, and places in between, then back to California - which has some good incentives especially for first-time home buyers. So now we are going to explore some different cities in the East Bay.
