I made a black-eyed-peas recipe (with yams & kale) for the first time on NY day. It was delicious and is supposedly a "good luck" tradition to eat them in the new year. I'm ready for a good year with big changes. Are you?
In addition to continuing hiking, taking local trips, and finishing some big house projects, we plan to make a lengthier travel abroad and explore new options.
I am currently studying to get a Personal Trainer certification, and there is a LOT to learn! The human body is complicated and fascinating. Off to a good start.
