Today in yoga class, my teacher said, "Focus on what's right and maybe you'll notice more of that." I like that reminder. It's easy for me to notice what's not right, annoyances, etc. It's a simple thing to try and it could help relieve my awful pessimism.
I love the mental shifts yoga can bring, especially with the positive suggestions a good teacher shares.
For today, simply notice what's right or good today, and stay with it.
